The salary system is good..its almost timely.. But you can't guess when it will be late..

They have no idea how to run field..and no idea about sales..they neglect all your ideas and solutions..and then blame you all time..they will never give you any previous notice before firing..those south indian stupids thinks they know all and others are not match for them

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Markelytics solutions is an excellent company. It has provisions under its leave policy. Festive holidays are enough and I find the celebrations to be awesome. There are policies for job security, code of conduct, and employee safety too. Considering the office policies, professionalism is very much practiced here.
