If they like your work (Unless you're good by working overtime and have all the info on the fingers), they'll treat you fine. As a fresher you'll learn alot but with a lot of downsides.

Really bad management. CEO does not even know what he is doing. It's like every 3 months, the company changes the processes. Hires new people and fires them after. I'm surprised some comeback as a rehire. Very funny how they hire the people they fired. The managers are best of the crop, like literally they worship the CEO as some holy mythic creature and boost his ego. Most of the time they don't know what to do and they boast about their X years of experience. It's all honestly BS. They won't help you anywhere. I have been working with Mantra for over 2 years. I'm very pleased with the overall working environment. The culture is very friendly and supportive, and the management team is always open to new ideas and suggestions. The company also provides a great benefits package and competitive salaries.
