There is absolutely nothing good to talk about this company

Dislikes

Everything from shifts, KPIs, training, benefits is unacceptable. No training is provided and the process requires to use their own products which don't work anytime or anyday. Imagine this, you know the products don't work and so do the clients but you are expected to fix clients problem with no help from the IT team, forget the help they don't even accept there is a flaw with the apps. The only solution to everything from data inputs to issue with any app is to clear cookies and cache. Then comes the so called MATRIX org structure where reporting manager has memory issues and does nothing but point mistakes. Irony is the CEO is part of the feedback group where there is no feedback but stupid inputs. There is nothing much to like about Mantra. It's a terrible company

Dislikes

Micro Management, Politics, Hire and Fire, No Job security. They terminate you without giving notice and force you to put down the papers else they blackmail you stating you won't get relieving letter. You have to call your TL/Manager/Director else they'll look for good time and fire you
