- We are seeking a dynamic Sales Leader with 7+ years of relevant experience to join our team at Mantra Technologies Pvt Ltd. The Sales Leader will be responsible for driving sales strategies, leading a talented sales team, and achieving ambitious revenue targets.
- Your primary responsibilities will include developing and executing sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, and cultivating relationships with key clients. You will oversee the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring client satisfaction and retention while collaborating with marketing to optimize promotional efforts. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of market trends, and a proven track record in sales performance.
Responsibilities:
- Prefered experience in education sales
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue goals.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance their performance and professional development.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities and sales potential.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales initiatives with promotional campaigns.
- Conduct regular sales training sessions and workshops to improve team skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the technology or software industry.

- Strong analytical skills to evaluate sales data and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
