I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. 1. Remote working (Only good thing I believe) 2. Lot of exposure (As you work on multiple project at one time with stretched hours almost every day) 3. Very hard to list the next one :) .

1. Worst work life balance 2. No Job Security. People have been asked to go with one day notice as well. Policy changes as per management wish and that too without intimation sent to employees. 3. Very dominant leadership specially CEO and couple of other leaders (who are suppose to be friends of CEO) 4. Whenever any request is made (leave / project change / any other) then it has been thrashed away and ensured later made realise that I should have not done that. 5.
