No proper salary will be given. People won’t get anything. They hired interns now because they won’t ask anything. Management is the worst.Manager will be flirting with the girls. He will provide leave without any questions to girls but if you are boy then done. They won’t give proper salary. There is no place to improve your skillsor knowledge. Manager itself doesn’t know anything always talks about gym, cars as if he is next Tata. Just show off but nothing he knows. He just knows to flirt with girls. He will be touching and talking with them. Taking them alone to party. Worst thing worst company to work for....Read More

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
