Company offers great work-life balance. If one is willing, the company can offer great growth opportunities. Its directly proportional to employee's interest and efforts. Lack of team building events and no program to offer direct feedback for employee. With teams it can vary but this has been my experience.

Cross training options were not there. Employee will be holder only until client billing available. And also client can ask for unrealistic asks every day.

Internal mobility within consulting firm, but weather you can make it is up to your skillset match, it could be at this scenario that you need relocation, but company don't have enough budget to apply visa for you, or the oversea pay is lower than what you are currently taking home.

Insurance: cant cover parents if you are single. only child or spause. job security : very low, the project can be closed randomly, and account manager just inform you to serve notice period all of a sudden. increment: you barely get any increment and there will be a delayed payment of your increment ( 4-5 months) so that the company can hold you from resigning.

Everything is best about the company be it salary package,benefits,insurance coverage for employee upto 10 lakhs and for parents upto 7 Lakhs, no micro management,full remote or as per how your project operates,trainings in recognized platforms and supportive Managers.Last but not the least Internal mobility.

Changing project is quite tedious and in my i work at client location and its very hard to keeps up with Luxoft meetings and trainings. In Luxoft management do not care about individuals interest areas they will just assign you a project so that billings keeps on coming.
