Unreasonable KRA's and expectations. Bad appraisals. No transportation facility (looking at the fact that the company is very far from nearest Railway and Metro station they should have it) No Bonuses. No Diwali or Christmas Gifts. No Award functions, a small inside the office townhall is conducted just for the sake.

Company is over!! No worklife balance. We are asked to work extra hours to bring business only because others projects have shut down. Please donot join this company. I can't leave this company till next 4 months or I have to pay retention amount. Heavy heavy loss. We are told to work night shifts too.

Horrible company. Managers and HR are biased. They don't care for employees. It is hire and fire policy. You will not be given time. They will suddenly ask you to leave and will give stupid reason. Company is shutting down projects.

too much of internal politics, your job will be at stake if your tier 1 & tier 2 bosses doesn't perform and doesn't meet the target. So even if you perform extremely well and get appraisal your job will always be at stake at below hierarchy. HR always supports management and not the employee.
