Lords Management should handle all the property , I offer to my friends to work in lords but nobody want to work in lords group because of base of Malik property.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. Horrible place to work. Hotel owners are always sitting in the hotel. Interference is always there in small reason. They demotivate staff every time. Lords Corporate team didn't say anything. Corporate HR Mr. Anil Mishra is worst HR I have ever seen. Always demotivate staff.

Dislikes

HR role is nothing there. When corporate team is visiting the Hotels, they only shouted to the staff. No reward, no recognition. That's why all staffs are moving without resignation.
