During the interview process I was offered a very low salary but they assured that whenever I will give them a joining there would be incentives and salary increments after completing 6months of probation period.However after giving multiple joinings they told me that no such plans existed.

This company, Logic Planet, is an absolute disaster. It's a revolving door of hire-and-fire tactics with zero regard for employees' careers. There’s no work culture here—just a toxic, mindless management that seems intent on ruining every individual’s professional growth. If you want to destroy your career and be part of a company that has no logic, then go ahead and join. They will hire you, use you, and then toss you out within a few months. And guess what? That’s going to stick on your resume forever. Every future employer will see that red flag, and your chances of moving forward in your career will be ruined. Sreekanth Shiva, the HR at Logic Planet, is by far the worst I have ever encountered. He is unprofessional and dishonest. He hires employees only to terminate them soon after. He'll send a provisional offer letter, promising to release the official one after joining, but then fails to follow through. After termination, he refuses to provide payslips, salaries, or even a formal offer letter. HR has still not given me my salary, and it's been over 90 days. There are many things to say but will share review/ feedback in bullet points: 1. Hire and fire 2. Toxic work Culture 3. Waste Management (especially karun - CEO) 4. No benefits for employees 5. Worst company No manages there They hire freshers on low salary and ask them to give results They don't even have their own rest room They ask us to use building restroom which is outside the office and for that you have to punch in-out every single time
