Good for freshers if not getting any jobs! Teammates are very good, job security is less, career growth is normal, appraisal is high compare to your knowledge so eventually it degrades you, travel is good, Innovation is depends on you, learning is depends on you.

Dislikes

Politics is rough and bad, work environment is very risky, authority is not working as professional. You will find less experienced and knowledgeable persona in position so tough to handle them😂
