an antique company , with old time managers wasting seats & ensuring frustation amongst colleagues. Limited interaction with management (which is actually outsourced old-timers that were brought in the company because they knew the product the company has bought). They have not built asingle product themselves, just bought over 21 companies, & a complex web of overlapping products from these 21 buys. Management doesnt know what to do & the seniors are just 1 or 2 people from that company, that stayed after these product were bought. these old timers are pampered just bcos they are the only ones who know the old code & not because they are worth even working as a junior. they dont have a vision....Read More

overall culture is dull, full of old time people, no growth unless you please & say a YES to the managers.

Good management, Good company policies. I liked work culture. I am fortunate to work with Gravitas and good team members. Also learn many functional and technical skills.

Dislikes

I don't think there is anything to dislike about working at Gravitas. All is well balance.

I am fortunate that I work with Gravitas and grow with Gravitas. Got opportunity to work in various project and skills. It is great experience to manage team and projects, which is useful for life time. Thank you Gravitas.

Due to recent upper management changes lot of managers are affected and still trying to stabilise themselves. Thus below manager level there is lot of risk as per job security is concerned. Specific to IT team, a mid level engineer has been promoted to Manager which is causing a dilemma in team management. Thus prefer this company only when you have right position and perks....Read More

In IT team specifically, low tempered peoples are more which creates work environment not much suitable.
