Worst company with worst management, the senior director don't even care about his employees. There is a lot of internal politics in a few clients. No proper training is provided. The senior director does not know a thing about the process. Don't work here please.

Lack of training, too much work load, makes you work for 14 to 17 hours, will you unrealistic targets.

Its a good company for freshers though no formal training is given. You've got to apply your brains and skills so that's good in a way. If you're lucky enough you'll get to handle the client yourself which will really develop your persona. Non - involvement of senior management is another plus point and there's no micromanagement

Good work environment, Home drop for female employees, Financial growth is good for fresher.

You have to continue doing same things if u excel in them for years, they promise you career growth but have failed so far, no inter department movement unless they require you in other client, extended working hours with no overtime pay, no on the job training for skills enhancement.

Good compatition however however it will cost your mental and physical health after doing so much of work and without pay overtime.

Dislikes

Toxic work environment, micromanagement, overburdening the employees, employees has to give up their mental and physical health if you joins the company, higher management also don't care what is happening in ground level.
