Work Details

The job is quite international.i struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session.i learnt everything on the job .I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

_Lessons Learned from 1.3 Years of Remote Work_ 1. Separate friendship and professional work to maintain professionalism. 2. Keep career decisions and sensitive information confidential. 3. Avoid procrastination by staying focused on goals and prioritizing tasks. 4. Focus on personal growth, rather than comparing yourself to others. 5. Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
