Li and fund is a really very good company to work. Great environment and culture and good learning skills we get in LF. But during covid the company has laid off 150, almost one third or working strength. Which is really very sad to see.

Dislikes

The company should not have laid off employees during this situation. They must have retained them and given kire time to have the situation improved to move on. How would an employee survive and feed his family during such crunch situation. When we all know no one would get job till the things normalize until covid situation is over.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting. I struggled a but initially, but learnt everything in.tje job. I got a chance to do multiple things, which eventually enhanced my skills to work in an MNC culture a lot

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves International Travel.
