If you like to grow in your career, don't join this organisation. Even Operating Partners runs this organisation with their mood. Micro management is at it's peak and employees benefits are 0. They don't provide anything for welfare of Employees and treat them badly. Clearly DON'T JOIN whatever condition you are facing at your current organisation, you will definitely regret joining this Small Startup who make fool out of industries. It's better join something better or wait for another opportunity.
