Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management in transparent. There is a huge cafeteria ang gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good. Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before witch you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to now joinees.

The job is quite interesting! /struggleda bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. Iearnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hatsand that helped me geta taste of different rules within the same team

No job security, work culture is hell and management is on sleeping mode ur queries will never be addressed, all policies are in the favour of company there is nothing for the employee.

There is no job security, work culture is very very poor , so much pressure for add on sales , unnecessary salary deduction and no clarification will be given for the same , everything is there for the customer benefit but nothing is for the employees benefit. Growth opportunities are zero sa lary increments zero in last 5 years I have not even got 500 rs increment from company's side the salary is same from last 5 years </mark>. No support from the management or HR . Incentives are very conditional and u will never get the incentives on time I would never recommend anyone to join lenskart....Read More

Work life is like hell. Area Manager puts lot of pressure and target the store managers for unnecessary things . No leaves on weekends and festivals until ur family members or you in the hospital and the worst part that u have to give proofs for that also

environment is good but there are no growth opportunities Employees are not valued in Lenskart. I would not suggest any one to wok with lenskart.

team mates good but politics is at large because less growth oppurtunites. on executive level they dont bother to increase salary at all wiether you continnue or leave. if you go ask your manager for appraisal they say " upper management has clearly denied for all if you find a better oppurtu nity go"</mark>. they who would like to work like that. There is no learning , they have created a process and you just have to follow that if you try to innovated or try to make some good changes for process your managers will not let you do that. earlier work life balance was good before lock down, but after lock down they have made executives life hell in work from home they deducted salary cut down incentives which you earned before lockdown, was also not credited. managers started threatening if you want to work with lenskart you will have to work like this (19hr/day, 20hr/day) else start looking for another job...Read More

This is really a worst company don't try to join this company see the attrition rate of this company this is just like ucchi dukhan feeka pakwan never give a single sweet box on Diwali occasion or any other occasions .You do your best but not providing 100% salary now as well ..senior staff not at all supportive and cooperative this is just like you are working in lala ki shop and the owner is like Hitler who just work in his own way never take the advice or suggestions from their employees they do lot of partailties in old staff and in new staff . More irritating this if you promot that is not the promotion that is like your demotion only your responsibility become huge but salary nothing or if they increase they just cut as a variable amount .. And if you say about you in the company then you are really a enemy for company They do not provide the basic facilities at their stores even do not have the washrooms do not have the backroom can't take the proper lunch . Creat lot of pressure on stores manager and lot of sops which changes frequently there is no flexibility in job timing. After 2019 became hell no salary growth very worst salary structure 80% minimum guarantee and 20% variable there is no incentive. If you earn anything a part of your salary like incentive they just immediately cut as in Stock shrinkage.
