I had join lenskart thinking that it's a better option for growth but i was totally wrong they won't tell you the guidance for the growth

1.If detractors comes for quality issue also then also the staff only has to cover by getting promoters 2. Many time there's no information for app Or software update 3. Most of the employees in lenskart Store don't have manner in talking with each other, they behave like uneducated with each other and store manager go to their home for lunch break and they take 2 hours daily for lunch break. And they blackmail each other even on little things. This must be improved otherwise company can face revenue issue. Company must take daily video call meeting with all store employee for 10 minutes or 20 minutes for maintaining discipline and I am saying that this is not happening at all because of this all store employee and store manager are not able to working well....Read More

Except area manager all is good .. You know one thing in my area (vijaywada) because of me this store got alot of customers....but I'm not willing to do this job anymore because of this area manager

The area manager is only seeing his position...he don't know how to behave with staff , he is putting alot of pressure on us not only me but the entire zone .. anyways I'm quitting my job next month ...I'm not at all happy with the pressure he is putting on us we are not able to do our job perfectly.....

Getting multi task work experience IT system is very good supporting, everything is on digital no paper work. You can easily start your career here in retail They will always ready for rejoin but not get pay Join but not give much time and move on

Salary increment is two low Growth but no pay u need to work in under staff salary as a manager Company’s dont have any emotion for their employees even the ZM OR Aom People come here left within a 6 months Customer is real king here every cx will shouting and post on social media Their product is good but due to un experience staff customers face a lot issues
