Working with lenskart is excellent

Most of the employees in lenskart Store don't have manner in talking with each other, they behave like uneducated with each other and store manager go to their home for lunch break and they take 2 hours daily for lunch break. And they blackmail each other even on little things. This must be improved otherwise company can face revenue issue. Company must take daily video call meeting with all store employee for 10 minutes or 20 minutes for maintaining discipline and I am saying that this is not happening at all because of this all store employee and store manager are not able to working well....Read More

I m as a sales associate my work place is field so I enjoy it, also my all the managers was fantastic l they help me every time, my all colleagues are very nice they all help me every time, Environment of Head office was mind-blowing.
