Every work is done not only for profit, but some work should also be done for security. Basic Lenskart is a good company, but small mouth and big thing, the management here is not even of 2 paise. We are given salary for our hard work. And if anyone works in the field, whether it is rain, summer or cold, then only one has to earn incentives along with the salary of greed. But the incentive plan here just only a lollipop, we are given only deduction in the name of incentive like fatal. Visit charge should be naturally of executive (The company gives us only petrol money, but the bike we work for the company) is also servicing it, they do not see it.) but in that also we are given 30 rupees that too when your Attended is 65% and it is never completed because we are deliberately put in fake leads so that our attendees are not even completed and that 30 rupees are also deducted....Read More

1. Higher Management selects only its old references to higher position. Means no much growth for ground level staff. 2. We are given experience like a doctor at the time of training, but after coming to the field, the management rules that make us just donkey. 3. The method of paying salary is one but the method of deduction is 1000.

Work ethics like a sabzi mandi people , no job security if you doing sales or selling products than you are God to them even if you don't follow other KPI but if you are not making big sales they will start asking you for money like you have taken loan from them if this repeated for a month you will be asked to leave. Don't go there if you have other options

See, This is my Honest review for my company where i am working, IDK after this I'll be a part of this company but this is true that TLs/SMEs force you to logged in more than 9H, they will not ask you about your targets, they'll increase it and tha tell you that this'll be your month target. Apart from TLs/SMEs not too supportive with new joiners, they always pass comment on you and many time it happens they start saying, if you can't do you can leave the organization, even you do have health issues. If youbare looking that we'll secure our future in Lenskart, than you are not right anymore.
