I was loving working with lenskart....but because of covid they told me to resign and now iam on my resign period...my financial condition is very bad beacause at this tym they are telling me to resign or you will get terminated..without any warning or without any mail from management HRs and seniors are forcing me to resign or you will get terminated...iam not only the person there are many staff who are getting terminatted...in covid lenskart has a growth of 20% which has come in times of india...so they are doing this...now iam jobless and very much in depression...Read More

Though lenskart is good nd budgetable for customers, But life of employee is worst den a housekeeper, In lockdown.. the company itself torcher the staff and let kill dem by itself and fire many employees without any reason shared, disgusting company to work, 3rd class headoffice people hr, managers, They purposely torcher the staff,without any concern they cut our salary 30% and giving self torcher by giving pressure of numbers of calling and make orders... During this covid 19 situation many customers are not taking product on calls... Staff are spending their own money to survive for making orders on behalf of Customers,.. worst company to work.
