Lenskart is a nightmare for optometrists! They make you clean the store, push you to sell like a salesperson, and torture you over eye test and sales targets. There’s ZERO respect for optoms you’re just another tool for their profits. Short on staff? Too bad, you’ll be sent to random stores anytime. They hire optometrists who don’t e ven know how to do an eye test, just to fill vacancies. They will make you work for more than 10 hrs without extra pay.They will force you to do more than 10 hours shift just to clean the store.The "happy employees" you see online? Likes- previously mangement and seniors were too good. And work environment and respect was there. Dislike - Previously company was too good for that I stayed and given my 4 years at lenskart as an optometrist. But now due to bad politics inside the company specialy AOM and ZM ..I have to resign from the post of optometrist. I was truly want to continue here but due to these bad environment I have to dropped down. They show big dreams but worst work environment and work culture. No holidays on weekends and holidays. You are allowed to take one leave in a weekday other than weekend. They provide incentive for sales you made but impose so many condition and reject full incentive. All conditions we re fulfilled and deducted salary for my leaves other than that they disallowed my full incentive of 10000/- on the ground that i came for 18 days (due to serious health issues ) out of required 22 days...Read More
