Management problem Big mistake I have join lenskart My role was Sales excutive but they have not disclose that in your payslip or offer letter,, you will get trouble to get new job for this Thay will not do any help if you face any kind of other problem like I have a problem with my bank account that haven't changed my salary acc ,, I have to leave my job for this small resion Also thay will suffer you for getting your fnf sattlement, thay not give you last month salary,,

...pany, but small mouth and big thing, the management here is not even of 2 paise. We are given salary for our hard work. And if anyone works in the field, whether it is rain, summer or cold, then only one has to earn incentives along with the salary of greed. But the incentive plan here just only a lollipop, we are given only deduction in the name of incentive like fatal. Visit charge should be naturally of executive (The company gives us only petrol money, but the bike we work for the company) is also servicing it, they do not see it.) but in that also we are given 30 rupees that too when your Attended is 65% and it is never completed because we are deliberately put in fake leads so that our attendees are not even completed and that 30 rupees are also deducted.
