Management is worst for growth and not great I resign in end I work from last 3 yrs I handle the store and given growth as well my dream was to become manager but they didn't promote me so heartbreak I have a daughter I wanted to become the manager for her I cried like a baby when I hear this news that they failed me.

Nothing to like they will transfer you from one store other store. Western line to Harbour line there is no job security they fired you any time.Employee can be safe his job only for maximum 3yrs after that they used there technique to harash you by deduction on shrinkage and Transfer.

No job security management always support to there senior manager.Lots of politics they hired any field employee for this industry and after that they asked you to resign for negligence.

Getting multi task work experience IT system is very good supporting, everything is on digital no paper work. You can easily start your career here in retail They will always ready for rejoin but not get pay Join but not give much time and move on

LensKart don't care employees most of the sales associate.. Lenskart sales associate standing whole day ..Lenskart keeps the sales associates standing all day long... Lenskart don't make pantry for employees for rest ..if any coustomer don't come in store from some time in afternoon still sales associate have to stand on floor that is so painfull for legs ... LensKart don't allow for seating on the floor of you have to seat even then lenskart don't have pantry for some rest. that is not right for employees I don't like that ....Read More
