Service and Communication Trainer

Job Requirements:

Deliver customer service and communication training to the customer service staff of Lenskart

Improving training effectiveness by constantly upgrading with the latest methodologies, performing role plays, and innovative team-building activities with a customer-centric approach

Measure results and provide timely feedback to learners

Develop and maintain content for the various learning needs

Constantly monitor the performance of customer service staff

Complete daily tracking, including end-of-day course evaluation and trainee assessments

A basic understanding of MS Office is required to maintain training reports
