Behavioral Trainer

Role & responsibilities

• Evaluate an individual and organizational development needs on OD and functional requirements.
• Identify training requirements (TNI & TNA) in discussion with functional Heads/HODs.
• Prepare the schedule and contents.
• Prepare interactive high engagement video contents.
• Implement various learning methods.
• Deliver and ensure high quality training that follows company methodology and matches to the skills required within timelines
• Co-ordinate with vendor for leadership trainings to deliver as per program objectives.
• Use of Different training methodology and delivery mechanism.
• Assess Training Effectiveness.
• Responsible for Employee engagement programs.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience as a L&D person. (Ideally 3 to 4 years)
• Knowledge of effective learning and development methods
• Familiarity with eLearning tools and practices
• Proficiency in MS office
• Experience in preparing contents
• Excellent oral Communication and writing skill
• Must have Proficiency in English, Hindi, one South language (Kannada or Tamil)
• Should be able to travel
• Minimum Graduation in any stream & MBA preferred
