Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .

Making fool to everyone. Not a single thing which anyone learn manager attitude is disgusting. Don't know how to talk with anyone. Online conference call uses salang to everyone. They took my 2 month stipent and event though they don't try to call or reach out to send money. They only want work but when you ask for salary they speak like they are begger.

There is many things to give bad rating. 👎 There would be any minus rating I should give least one. Nothing is free there. Only one thing is subah Sam gali aur gali bas.
