Teammates are good. Training is good. Only one person in that company is well educated and knows to teach stuff. You will learn if you get trained under him.

Dislikes

You cannot expect any growth in your carrier when you work there. Appraisal is given once in 2 years. Very low salary. Salary will be deducted for every small reason. HR department is good for nothing. They will not respond or pick our call.

Average work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is no transparent. There is no cafeteria and gaming. Company policies are not good, appraisal are not transparent, and they give salary hike only who is favour to the manager's and bonus within the salary structure.
