I only like the part which I learn new skills with them, owing to the fact that I am a fast learner, the position I hold gives me a better opportunity to mingle well with employers who know the worth of being an electrical foreman

Career Growth is impossible, because even though you develop yourself , the company doesn't grow with u, they keep you at a place for years, I seek to build my career where I will be appreciated

Well LAMBERT electromec I like their safety aspect very ok

I know how much I put when I was working with them(gatewaymall and COP) I fabricated all the pipes all alone but to my greatest surprise they sack me just like that upon me being very hardworking....it is well, I rest my case

i love fact that i had lots of learning opportunities during my time working with Lambert, i had lots of professional training sponsored by the organisation which has really had huge impact in my career, good working environment.

Dislikes

Career growth isn't so feasible at Lambert. had to literally demand for it, up until i resigned when a better opportunity came calling, but i have to add that the opportunity came as a result of the learning opportunities in Lambert. job security in Lambert not so good too

working in Lambert was a bit challenging, initially i had difficulties understanding my direct boss, who doesnt really understand how to communicate in english language, the other was understanding what he expects from me.
