Dislikes

Deducts salary for applied leaves, no casual leaves, sick leaves even after confirmation and also if late by 5 minutes. Half day leaves are also deducted. No freedom to talk or eat or move. Restricted to the desk and laptop. Saturdays are to be half days but are not and if you work on a holiday there is no compensation.

Salary pay on time. One and only like.

Dislikes

No personal life. Very very strict work timings. Owner of the company is everything. Whatever he says, only that should be followed otherwise you may be fired. Company tries all the possible ways to deduct salary. One should never join this Company.
