1. Designation says one and the work is another, I was designated as UX Designer but my most of the work was UI Designing (that too tweaking the old version) 2. No satisfaction in the job, bad management (for Design) bad UX practices (heck, there wasn't any practice of UX at all), to be honest they don't know what UX design process is. 3. The Team Lead in the Design I worked for acted like a Manager even when he was not, he wasn't working but expecting others to work (many times on his projects, he would obviously take the credits), he wasn't coming on time to work (used to reach post 12pm) but expect others to reach early (at 9am). 4. As per we know that less project in l&t because of their regin work issues and if no project they mark employees to bench and after two months loss of pay means no salary. They don't have work.

1. Appraisal are very less that is 1~2% only 2. For Promotion you need to wait for long time 3. No practical manufacturing process exposure 4. Skill development opportunities are also very less.

Only work has done by pressurized by senior manager wheather work is correct or not.It is delivered by client. Senior manager are only withdrawal money from client and they are enjoying especially automotive europe Department too much micromanagement. Mentally Harrassing to employees by senior manager.

Good starting salary ... But after couple of normal L&T appraisals the salary comes at par with other low paying jobs.

People here are not having minimum required knowledge. Worst group of engineers in respect of knowledge, worst communication. They would only mark the date of submission without any other clarity or support. Work on weekends with out any benefits. No work life balance. They don't have any projects. Most of the resources are on bench Higher management has no clue on the upcoming projects. They will randomly assign you to a project irrespective of whether your tech stack matches or not In name of appraisal they will not give more than 5% increment even if you have performed great and have won stellar (LTTS Internal award) I believe it's worst of all the MNCs

Dislikes

Worthless Policies which ensures business loss. No openness for improvement or scope for change. Majority work flow is NOT digitized hence everything is manual i.e. using emails for approvals and followups. Company can hold/ dismiss your Hike/ variable pay for few months without any rational reason.
