Nothing to like in this CMP. Worst CMP ever worked. Slave culture. No hikes.

1. If you are thinking that after joining such organisation that your future is safe then it's good do not join this org. Here is No job security. 2. Silent layoffs is going on. Resources are moving to bench batch by batch. 3. No new projects to manage bench resources specially in some DU like Intel. Intel is taking back all the projects silently. 4. Lots of politics in hike/appraisals/project allocation. 5. One of my know resources has moved to bench and completed his all the mandatory training but he dnt got the project. After completing all the assessment also. Again he needs to attends and score more than 80, then they will move out from bench to DU pool. 6. If you want slave work culture then this company is only for you. 7. Here manager's dnt know how to deal with customers. As most of the manager's are from non technical background. Only managing the employees. 8. Worst cafeteria ever seen only juice and tea corner is available. No food after 1 PM....Read More

Ltts is a good company for freshers and experienced resources interms of culture, work life balance and management. Job security is never a concern as company has got projects and proper bench management.. one should ensure the salary part prior to join and may not be too good or expect much of hykes

Management should look after senior resources for providing on site opportunities and provide decent hykes yearly not to lose good technical candidates look out for other options. Also company recruit wrong hires maximum times which impacts projects coz of the inability of wrong hires and work load will be more on existing good resources
