Only salary comes on time .

Dislikes

No work life balance, promotion based on manager and they promote only based on personal relationship. Banch period only for 2 months only even notice period is 3 month.. after 2 months banch period company will hold the salary. No job security. Increment is very poor even top performer increment in single digit. They are trying to work on weekends also.

There is all skills are waste for onsite resource and there is no increment more than 2% after 2 years. They send RFP mapped resources to bench at any time without intimation only because of office politics

Bench policy and notice period policy. CTC is included with variable pay. Instead of affecting the variable paybfuring bench period, LTTS formulated a policy that automatically your job will be terminated after having no project opportunities within 3 months of your bench time. And adding to that if you serve bench time for 3 month the last third month will be a virtual bench which means you are not eligible to get that month salary. Management never provide proper increment, No work life balance, It's desk job, Many senior employee has not practical knowledge of field, There is no salary Slab according to year of experience, Even employee have no work then also management can't relieve early during notice period. Leave policy is also not good. HR is never supporting.

L&T is the worst experience I have as they calls to work for 24*7 and make us to work on behalf of 3 resources . Finally if we question they escalate HR that we are not working and same HR starts discussion on that. When I raised to call a meeting with BU head as he knows my work...HR call down.

No Wfh policy. Even they are not providing laptop itself, still giving desktop only. In this modern world technology, still providing desktop to work. Also working culture is average only. Even if your work can be done in Laptop, L&T is forcing employee to come to office.
