L&T is the worst experience I have as they calls to work for 24*7 and make us to work on behalf of 3 resources . Finally if we question they escalate HR that we are not working and same HR starts discussion on that. When I raised to call a meeting with BU head as he knows my work...HR call down.

No Wfh policy. Even they are not providing laptop itself, still giving desktop only. In this modern world technology, still providing desktop to work. Also working culture is average only. Even if your work can be done in Laptop, L&T is forcing employee to come to office.

1. Insufficient Site Allowances: In the DMS BU, site engineers are given a mere Rs. 20,000 per month to cover accommodation, site travel, and meals. After 90 days, this allowance stops entirely, forcing site engineers to manage all expenses out of their salary. When concerns are raised, the BPHR and her IS threatens employees instead of addressing the issue. 2. Unethical Management Practices: If you happen to work under a bad manager (though a few are supportive), you can expect zero assistance. My IS and NS based in Mysuru, lack the courage to stand up for team members against the management. 3. Uneven Policies Across Departments: Other BUs provide adequate site allowances, but DMS's head refuses to seek approval for better allowances, leaving employees to bear unnecessary financial burdens. 4. Constant Policy Changes: The company lacks steady policies. Policies are revised multiple times within a year, often in favor of the employer. Cost-cutting measures are implemented without logic, and BPHR and even her IS and NS have no justifiable answers when questioned. Instead, they resort to threatening employees during Teams video calls to prevent call recordings. 5. Forcing Work Under Duress: Employees are forced to work onsite even if they are facing physical health issues. If they return to the office due to such conditions, they are terminated without empathy or consideration. 6. Unethical Transfers: Employees are hired for one location but are frequently transferred to another without any compensation adjustments. If employees refuse, they face termination. 7. Lack of Security and Growth Opportunities: The company offers no job security, no increments, inadequate projects aligned with employees’ skills, insufficient allowances, and negligible appraisals. 8. Grievance Escalations: Despite all these challenges, employees unable to meet onsite demands face grievance escalations by senior representatives, adding to their stress. 9. Post-Exit Issues: Even after leaving the company, BPHR and her manager ignore calls and even India HR Head also ignores emails regarding any clarifications or pending issues, leaving former employees in the lurch. Final Words: The culture at LTTS is toxic, unethical, and unprofessional. Employees are left to fend for themselves in every aspect, with no support, security, or fairness in the system. There is uncertainty for you project, no support from RMG, if you be on bench, you need to search project by your own, No satisfaction in our work , only Garbage work you will get when your work in project. Management is so much Harassing team, expect to work for management relates work like bring resource and talk to management client side

No good work culture, poor management both HR and Admin. Never know whom to hold whom not to. Coming to hikes need not even think of them, they throw some peanuts. Forcefully making people resign for company not having projects. Resource management group is one of the worst, they are not able to map people to projects, and they provide all useless training to the bench resources. The HR and RMG doesn't even respond to employees. You will not get lunch(pay from your pocket)after 1345hrs and lunch starts at 1250hrs. People shout on vendors but the issue is created by company management. There is separate committee for food that is of no use. Delay appraisal, No proper increment system to scale with respect to ratings. Even after getting 4 out of 5 rating 2-4% increment on low level cader like DET & ETS. No arrears after delay increment. Senior management are not on their commitment for growth of employees.

Some projects are based on development, if you are working on development project then definitely you will gain more knowledge more hand's on experience. But majority of Projects work are going on testing part. So, if you are working on testing project, no skills gains, no knowledge, difficult to switch after LTTS. Nothing i liked about L&T technology services. The managements are thieves. They steal all the bonuses, perks and benefits of young employees in the name of forms submissions.

After 2 months I had call with HR (Sneha Hemdev) and she told you will be in virtual bench from 3rd months onwards and won't get salary.
