Some projects are based on development, if you are working on development project then definitely you will gain more knowledge more hand's on experience. But majority of Projects work are going on testing part. So, if you are working on testing project, no skills gains, no knowledge, difficult to switch after LTTS. If you want to work in a Tech Giant and want to start off your career from a well established organisation, you can go for it. The overall enviornment is somewhat fine for someone starting afresh. You do get the option of flexi work timings but that depends upon your manager and project.

It is a service based organisation and you will have to make sure you're getting allocated on a project, else you'll be on bench. At most you can stay on bench for 2 months and post that there will be LoP for a month. If you still don't get a project then you would be released immediately. The overall enviornment is somewhat basic and the response from HR or managers regarding general work/admin/HR queries are often not acknowledged. Clients are great and well reputed but the tasks we do would so basic or repetitive in some domains. This limits one's personal growth in career. Appraisal process is pre-planned and structured. One would not get great promotion with good compensation with hardwork and efforts but one who works closely with managers. Compared to the market outside, yearly appraisals aren't fair at all. Old school micro management or the OEM kind of attitude based hierarchical structure and strict behaviour is seen in some projects and in some managers. Which needs to be changed if wanted to survive as well as get things done in current fast moving rational corporate environment.

2 months of bench and you will be put on loss of pay from 3rd month. No WFH on bench, during LOP also you have to come to office. Bench is horrible, projects will block you for weeks and you'll be not able to give interview for other projects and after that they will release you and your bench period will be wasted. Everything is worst here. Toxic work culture. Manager is partial and he will support only his favourite people. No one will give importance to your hard work, to your efforts, rather they put rules and regulations like school/college. They will force you to come early even if there is no work and will never allow you to leave early because all the tasks will be assigned to you after 6:00 pm only. If you will join here, you will face a toxic culture. If you will work good then you will be targeted by your seniors and lead (who are managers favourite people). Managers favourite people will enjoy and you have to work till death (even on weekends). If anything goes wrong, it will be on your head. Wrost company, I have never seen in my life and hire and fire policy I have been working from past 3 years and every 3-6 months either project complete or cost cutting they move to bench and bench policy time is 2 months and after that LOP and Especially for Hyderabad location it is worst and no project from HYD location mainly from the Mysore or Banglore locations

Bench policy - 2 months or 1 month only and after that LOP No projects from Hyderabad location for any skill Work culture and no standereds either work culture or development With project confirmation they will took the interviews and less time estimations
