If you want to work in a Tech Giant and want to start off your career from a well established organisation, you can go for it. The overall enviornment is somewhat fine for someone starting afresh. You do get the option of flexi work timings but that depends upon your manager and project.

It is a service based organisation and you will have to make sure you're getting allocated on a project, else you'll be on bench. At most you can stay on bench for 2 months and post that there will be LoP for a month. If you still don't get a project then you would be released immediately. The overall enviornment is somewhat basic and the response from HR or managers regarding general work/admin/HR queries are often not acknowledged. Flexible hours mean no over time at times when you have to work late. Absolutely no work from home even if live miles away. No growth if stuck in maintenance project. Employee has no choice of chnaging project. No promotions or increments until u really do some nice puppy behaviour around manager
