I don't like anything because nothing to learn...
Only work has done by pressurized by senior manager wheather work is correct or not.It is delivered by client. Senior manager are only withdrawal money from client and they are enjoying especially automotive europe Department too much micromanagement. Mentally Harrassing to employees by senior manager.

They don't have any projects. Most of the resources are on bench Higher management has no clue on the upcoming projects. They will randomly assign you to a project irrespective of whether your tech stack matches or not In name of appraisal they will not give more than 5% increment even if you have performed great and have won stellar (LTTS Internal award) I believe it's worst of all the MNCs

L&T is the worst experience I have as they calls to work for 24*7 and make us to work on behalf of 3 resources . Finally if we question they escalate HR that we are not working and same HR starts discussion on that. When I raised to call a meeting with BU head as he knows my work...HR call down.

There is uncertainty for you project, no support from RMG, if you be on bench, you need to search project by your own, No satisfaction in our work , only Garbage work you will get when your work in project. Somehow my managers and project is good, Nothing more than that. I like my work
No good work culture, poor management both HR and Admin. Never know whom to hold whom not to. Coming to hikes need not even think of them, they throw some peanuts. Forcefully making people resign for company not having projects. Resource management group is one of the worst, they are not able to map people to projects, and they provide all useless training to the bench resources. The HR and RMG doesn't even respond to employees. You will not get lunch(pay from your pocket)after 1345hrs and lunch starts at 1250hrs. People shout on vendors but the issue is created by company management. There is separate committee for food that is of no use. 1. No job security 2. They don't have project still they hire professional and then put them on LOP after 60 days bench period. They don't tell this policy during recruitment 3. Poor infrastructure. Some City don't have basic seating and parking arrangements for employees 4. HR are cruel. WMG group don't bother about employees career 5. All management is South Indian and operate from Mysore. 2 months of bench and you will be put on loss of pay from 3rd month. No WFH on bench, during LOP also you have to come to office. Everything is worst here. Toxic work culture. Manager is partial and he will support only his favourite people. No one will give importance to your hard work, to your efforts, rather they put rules and regulations like school/college. They will force you to come early even if there is no work and will never allow you to leave early because all the tasks will be assigned to you after 6:00 pm only. Wrost company, I have never seen in my life and hire and fire policy I have been working from past 3 years and every 3-6 months either project complete or cost cutting they move to bench and bench policy time is 2 months and after that LOP and Especially for Hyderabad location it is worst and no project from HYD location mainly from the Mysore or Banglore locations
Bench policy - 2 months or 1 month only and after that LOP No projects from Hyderabad location for any skill Work culture and no standereds either work culture or development With project confirmation they will took the interviews and less time estimations

Good starting salary ... But after couple of normal L&T appraisals the salary comes at par with other low paying jobs.
People here are not having minimum required knowledge. Worst group of engineers in respect of knowledge, worst communication. They would only mark the date of submission without any other clarity or support. Work on weekends with out any benefits. No work life balance.
