Nothing it's not a good company at any time they can remove employees once one project is completed if you are dedicated person also they are doing only business. So I am requesting all before joining L&T just think 10 times all are like rude managers and delivery managers. Never ever join such types of company name is brand but inside stupid things are happening.

Everything except location Mysore. Hectic work with no hikes even if company performs good. They had never given hike during Carona even when the shares skyrocketed. Freshers can join if no other option found. Post job support is pathetic. I have been following up for my PF transfer from 2 years but still no response. Worse than anygovernment company. I feel very bad wasting my 10 years of carrier in such a pathetic company. I have won many awards though my salary was not even matching my years of experience. same for most of employees except lateral entries. There will be sometimes decent pay for lateral entries, but you need to forget hike for next few decades even if you perform exceptional. Check with any employee working before joining. No Ethics. They play all possible tricks like keeping your basic low, pf contribution low etc. My 10 years PF is less than what a fresher earns as PF work 2 years or less in a decent company (not services company)....Read More

It's a scam, they don't value talent , I don't understand why the management team is even working when they don't even care to allocate people to proper projects. I was sick and had more than half leaves to avail but they didn't let me avail any of them and asked me to resign even after giving them proper proof. Worst place to startyour career. Worst place to work. They will blame you for their inability to find projects no matter how much you have contributed to the previous project. For the appraisal they are not considered the work which we have done. This year appraisal cycle they have changed to November and not given the aerials for last 6 months. Very bad management and HR policies which are not followed by them itself.

Some projects are based on development, if you are working on development project then definitely you will gain more knowledge more hand's on experience. But majority of Projects work are going on testing part. So, if you are working on testing project, no skills gains, no knowledge, difficult to switch after LTTS. Nothing i liked about L&T technology services. The managements are thieves. They steal all the bonuses, perks and benefits of young employees in the name of forms submissions.

Office politics is on peak, no appraisal, always gives work of copy paste excel files, data entry work to software engineers.

Nothing is Good full waste of knowledge, skills & dedication for onsite resources.

There is all skills are waste for onsite resource and there is no increment more than 2% after 2 years. They send RFP mapped resources to bench at any time without intimation only because of office politics

1. No job security and unethical hiring 2. I joined L&T 2 month back but I came to know they hired me without project. After 2 months I had call with HR (Sneha Hemdev) and she told you will be in virtual bench from 3rd months onwards and won't get salary. How some company can hire professional without project and tell you won't getsalary from 3rd month. During recruitment they didn't tell these policy.
