heavily micro managed not sure if the practice is improved. keep tests and fire freshers at the end of probation. very hostile environment for non Hindi speaking people. Played politics and denied confirmation and appraisal despite of paying very less salary compared to industry standards for freshers. no job security PF benefits its small company ideal for people to learn quickly and move. people who copied in probation tests got appreciations but who took the exam sincerely are given notice....Read More
