It's a good place to learn.

Dislikes

All other than likes are dislikes only. - Bad work culture, making lots of false promises (They'll give a promising words but won't do it in action) - Not recommended for anyone (Especially for freshers) - Yeah they provide good learning opportunities but anyone can join any company and gonna learn in their own way. - Not feels like a corporate company. - If you wish to start a good career and really want to be in a better corporate company, then don't try here....Read More

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
