Working in KPMG gives you a lot exposure and learning. You will get to learn cross functions and with various teams. You will be provided opportunities but you have to be upfront in asking the management that you are intrested in a particular area and ready for more responsibility. No one will give you anything in a platter you have to prove and fight for it

Dislikes

Its cutthroat competition. People will be all sweet and concerning on your face but really they will only intrested in how long its going to take to complete your work. Its a good learning experience in terms of how to handle cunning people

- Some teams have a toxic environment, especially because the manager is biased toward people, making the environment toxic, and no action is being taken to resolve this issue, which has led to multiple attritions and a poor handover process.

If you like audit, then the one satisfaction is you get is from the completion of each assignment. The learning there is good and the brand name is the best out of it.

1. I worked in the GRCS branch of Chennai and the work culture is toxic as there are personal grudges due to the inflating ego of the upper management. It depends on the Manager or Director you work under. 2. Nothing is good about this firm, initially during the HR interview I asked whether it's a client specific hiring or not. They said yes it is, but after joining they started asking us to go through complex Hackerrank test and mock interviews and after clearing that , they allow to appear client interview which will be of 2 rounds of interview of complex level even more than KPMG interview. And they will pressurize a lot to resource, and within couple of months if you are not mapped to client they will include you in performance evaluation plan and take actions....Read More
