Very limited scope of learning and this is the only good thing I found in my experience.

Dislikes

No work culture, no work life balance, you'll be asked to do things which are not aligned with your skill set. If you raise any objection to it, not only your ratings will be reduced but you will be put on notice period and shown the door out of the company. All of this is combined with incompetent middle level managers and Partnerswho favour only the selected few. North - South divide is very much visible in many aspect including promotion, appraisal and work load etc. A big time indication to anyone who think about joining this garbage of a company, please join any small time organization if you prioritize your peace....Read More
