Only company policies are good however there's no work life balance no understanding from the management and alot of work pressure

Work life balance is really pathetic here no support from managers and alot of unnecessary work pressure.

No work life balance long working hours with no overtime.

Work days: Monday to Friday

What should I choose?

I have been offered a free BFSI course of 45 days starting from 27th January and I have also been offered a job in Kpmg from 1st Feb with 2 lpa
