Senior leadership has remained in the company for years, which has led to a rigid and hierarchical work culture. Many leaders seem more focused on appearances and office presence rather than fostering talent and innovation. Promotions often seem based on tenure rather than actual skill, and as a result, many in leadership roles struggle with independent problem-solving. Training and skill development opportunities are plentiful, in fact many of them are mandatory. This is a great place for people with less than 10 yrs of experience.

Second problem is that same person is supposed to 1. Do Sales and win a project 2. Deliver it 3. Manage all risks This is highly inefficient Salary levels are also at least 20% below market
