The JD at rhe time of job interview and when you join would be completely diff. Although KPMG build my character as a professional but too much dependency on manager with respect to career growth

What should I choose?

I have been offered a free BFSI course of 45 days starting from 27th January and I have also been offered a job in Kpmg from 1st Feb with 2 lpa
