Just a big brand name

While it is a big brand name, everything is in control of the partners. If you suck up to them and manage to be in their good books, you are settled, but if you want to rely only on your work, you are doomed. Partners are not at all approachable and have a lot of attitude issues. HR is also powerless when it comes to dealing with Partners. They want to follow industry standards when it comes to working from office etc. but do not follow the standards in compensation. My Team was good. Learning and exposure was great.
