Many non worthy projects are there and I was stuck in such projects for years together!! Try to shift to good projects, if not agreeing please switch!! Processses to be followed are too time consuming .. and they are more important than the work itself!!

Nothing.The culture in this company is highly unprofessional at all levels especially HR and higher management. If one tries to highlight the concerns it always ends up against the employee. Everyone just saves one another and the employee suffers a lot in the end. The termination clauses are not same for employer and emoloyee. No work life balance. No resource management. Apart from the technical growth, the other departments are equally unmanaged, unprofessional and extremely hard to work 9 hours per day for everyday of your life.
