This company has very pathetic employee policies. No one is supportive here. Even if you have some medical issue manager will force you to work more than 14hrs. your work life balance will be destroyed and then you will not have any life and work. One joining this company must keep in mind that his/her health will impact a lot and this company doesn't have any health related policy and health insurance is pathetic. Even after joining the company via employee referral they didn’t assign project for first 70 days and on 72nd day told me its my last day with KPIT as i didn’t complete some internal training. And in the market they have reputation of being product company but its service bases organization specialised in automotive.
