Good for learning, HR policies and activities are good. Mostly freshers work here. Get the experience and move out.

Dislikes

Its a big marathi company. Non Marathi will have language barrier. Employee caste and language is more important than their performance. Top management is weak and very poor in terms of sales and marketing. Earlier they were partners with cummins and now it will be birlasoft as management is unable to manage it. Most of the manager speak in marathi and they will force you to learn marathi. Recruitment process is worst. they have hired people who don't have any soft skills and Non IT skills. people who have worked as labour in other industry are working here as functional consultant. With the name of lateral hire they will hire all their relative and friends and will make them manager or send on site. there is no value of talent and knowledge....Read More

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
