Thank you for the feedback. We want our employees to have a long and fruitful career at KPI and we are disappointed to hear about your experiences. We value our employees and will continue our efforts to make KPI a better place to work. We believe in promoting an open culture at KPI and encourage you to discuss your expectations with your Manager and we will try our best to meet them. However, in very rare cases where the employee underperforms and avoids taking on responsibilities that can affect business processes, and also impact the performance of the rest of the team but at KPI we believe in doing everything that makes your employee's time, effort, and dedication worthwhile, and we believe in providing opportunities for improvement but sometimes that doesn't happen, which bound the department to take extreme measures. We have established policies to ensure that everyone has the same opportunities and rewards/recognition based on performance and efforts. Sometimes due to critical project deadline, our employees have to work extra hours but KPI does give compensation leave this happens very rarely and if the project team give outstanding performance by working extra hours and delivering the project on time then they get recognition awards and rewards and better appraisal without being asked. If you had issues with your team member you could have reported that to the reporting manager or the HR team, we hope you have seen people do that and get better results. We always work on initiatives based on employee feedback. We are sure that our HR team has already spoken with you and tried to resolve the issues.
